本文探讨利用油田现有的各种资源,搭建应急指挥平台,从而最大限度地降低大庆油田公司各类突发事件的发生概率,减少发生突发事件时所造成的经济损失和社会影响,确保油田生产生活秩序的平稳。

本文针对烟叶成本控制中数据与单据在时间、控制单元、控制部门等若干层面上的脱节问题,讨论了这种现象对成本控制的不利影响,并对其产生原因和导致的结果进行分析,在此基础上进行了理论对比研究,最后给出了以数据和单据分离传输为主的相应的对策建议。     

Identifying changes and trends in Hong Kong outbound tourism

Despite the numerous research endeavors aimed at investigating tourists’ preferences and motivations, it remains very difficult for practitioners to utilize the results of traditional association rule mining methods in tourism management. This research presents a new approach that extends the capability of the association rules technique to contrast targeted association rules with the aim of capturing the changes and trends in outbound tourism. Using datasets collected from five large-scale domestic tourism surveys of Hong Kong residents on outbound pleasure travel, both positive and negative contrasts are identified, thus enabling practitioners and policymakers to make appropriate decisions and develop more appropriate tourism products.     

Improving data quality during ERP implementation based on information product map

ABSTRACT

Poor Data Quality (DQ) is amajor culprit in the failure of ERP implantation. Previous DQ solutions focus more on technical approaches, ignoring the importance of seeking the root causes. Therefore, this paper proposes aprocess-driven DQ monitoring framework by Information Product Map (IPMAP). First, IPMAP is applied to visualizethe manufacturing process of critical information products. Then, the potential deficiencies that may arouse DQ problems are examined from the aspects of process and human. Finally, the corresponding DQ improvement strategies are put forward and validated in case study. The results indicate that the framework provides helpful guidance for promoting ERP DQ.     

BENCHMARKING LARGE ACCOUNTING FRAMEWORKS: A GENERALIZED MULTIVARIATE MODEL

We present a multivariate benchmarking model for achieving consistency between large quarterly and annual accounting frameworks. The method is based on a quadratic optimization problem, for which many efficient numeric solvers exist. The method combines several features, such as linear constraints, ratio constraints, weights, and inequalities, in one model. Therefore, a wide range of modelling possibilities is supported. This method is especially interesting for national statistical offices, to simplify their processes to achieve consistency between publications.     

EPP模式下的并口与DSP高速数据传输的实现

DSP与PC机间进行高速数据传输是DSP的一个重要应用。本文分析了并口处于EPP模式时和ADSP21060间的高速数据交换的原理，同时详细讨论了其硬件设计结构及其相应的并口程序设计方法，经调试证明此方案可行。     

The Structure of Municipal Water Supply Costs: Application to a Panel of French Local Communities

Network losses and returns are importantissues for water resource management, that are addressed in thispaper by modeling the structure of production for municipal waterutilities with two outputs: water sold to final customers andwater network losses. We propose a measure of economies of scopeto assess the benefit associated with joint production of waterfor final customers and water losses, and several measures ofreturns to evaluate potential gains in exploiting technologicalflexibility of water networks. We estimate the cost structureof water utilities using a GMM procedure with a Translog costfunction and panel data. Estimation results reveal a positivedegree of economies of scope, and short-run returns to productiondensity and returns to customer density that are not significantlydifferent from 1. Significant economies of scale indicate thatlocal communities may benefit from merging into water districts.

论中西部农村土地承包经营权流转的制约因素与破解对策——以湖北、贵州两省的实证调研为依据

通过实证考察湖北、贵州两省近几年农村土地承包经营权流转的现状及对其成因的探析可以发现，中西部地区的农村要达致土地承包经营权规模化经营的理想状态，还有诸多制约因素有待克服。破解之道主要在于应构建有利于促进土地承包经营权流转的配套制度，营造有利于土地承包经营权流转的社会条件和经济环境。
